I provide a bespoke, convenient mobile photo studio using professional equipment, ideal for individual headshots or large team sessions. The studio can be set up at your office, workplace, school or other premises and requires a clear space of 2.5 metres x 3.5 metres (8 ft x 11 ft). A spare meeting room or open office area works perfectly.
When photographing larger groups of staff I will use a neutral backdrop in your workspace, or photograph in the natural office environment, deploying portable studio lighting or working with available daylight depending on the available rooms and office space.
I have comprehensive public & products liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance cover up to £5 million. I also hold a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, so schools, colleges, healthcare organisations and public sector bodies can book with complete confidence.

The alternative to a mobile studio visit is asking your whole team to book individual studio appointments and travel across the city, which costs time, creates scheduling headaches and rarely produces consistent results. When I come to you, everyone is photographed in the same controlled lighting conditions, against the same background, on the same day. The result is a coherent, professional set of images that look like they belong together, which is exactly what you want for a staff directory or company website.
There’s also far less disruption to the working day. Most headshots take around five minutes per person, so a team can typically be photographed in a morning. Your staff stay on site, the shoot fits around your schedule, and by the end of the session everyone has been done.
Flexible Options
- Corporate Studio Headshots: Consistent lighting, background and posing for a cohesive team look, using a white, grey or black background with studio lights and a softbox. I can work to your brand brief to ensure everyone represents your organisation consistently.
- Environmental Portraits: Informal, natural portraits taken in your office or workspace, reflecting the character of your business and the people who work in it. These work especially well alongside formal headshots for a more rounded set of photographs.
- Location Headshots: For a more distinctive look, I can photograph individuals or small groups against Liverpool’s iconic backdrops… the Pier Head, the Royal Albert Dock and The Three Graces all make memorable settings for executive portraits. On-the-Day Viewing and Gallery Option
I’ll capture a variety of headshots for each person and download them to my laptop at the end of the session, so staff can review headshots if there’s a particular concern. If you’d prefer to review your photos at a more relaxed pace, I can also provide access to a private online gallery as an additional service.
Editing and Final Delivery
Once selections are confirmed, I will professionally retouch each image to deliver a natural, polished finish. High-resolution digital files will be supplied via a secure digital download, ready for use across your website, social media, print materials and LinkedIn. Retouched images are typically delivered within five to seven working days of selections being confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a corporate headshot session take?
Individual headshots typically take five to ten minutes per person depending on your requirements. A team can usually be completed in a morning including setup and breakdown. Larger groups are spread across a full day, organised in scheduled slots to minimise disruption to your business.
How many people can you photograph in one visit?
I regularly photograph teams of all sizes, from a single executive portrait through to whole-company sessions. For larger groups I’ll work with you in advance to plan a schedule that keeps things running smoothly.
What background colours are available?
I carry white, grey and black backgrounds as standard. If your brand guidelines specify a particular look, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate it.
Do you cover locations outside Liverpool?
Yes, I cover all of Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, Wirral and the wider North West. Travel is included within a 25-mile radius of Liverpool L12. Please enquire for locations further afield.
Are you DBS checked and insured?
